State-of-the-art vibrant city living U City is home to a vibrant community of people in the heart of the city. If you live with disability and have high physical support needs, our Platinum Apartments offer specialist disability accommodation and the opportunity to enjoy all the action and excitement that inner-city living brings. To be eligible you need to have an approved SDA plan with the NDIS. Our Platinum Apartments are designed to meet the NDIA’s High Physical Support requirements and Liveable Housing Australia’s Platinum design level. Developed in conjunction with Paraquad SA and Muscular Dystrophy SA, each apartment includes state-of-the-art features to support your independence. The private and completely accessible apartments feature home automation technology, open plan living, a balcony, and customisable kitchens and bathrooms.
